County clean-up
With that in mind, let’s not forget that the county-wide roadside and river bank cleanup focus during the month of March will be extended into April, and all county residents and property owners are encouraged to participate in this annual effort to help maintain a clean and beautiful Rappahannock.
Schools, churches,. businesses, families and neighbors in hollows and towns can pick a road or area near or dear to them and find a weekend, week day or time period that suits them and start spring cleaning before the snakes and weeds return. A reminder for all, the 2005 vehicle decals must be displayed by April 15.
