The County is seeking a strong team member with primary responsibilities as part of the Assessor's Office urban and/or suburban appraisal teams Position requires thorough knowledge of theories, principles, practices and techniques of appraising real property; thorough knowledge of building construction practices; genera] knowledge of state laws and local ordi nances relating to real property assessments; ability to meet office production and quality standards; ability to read and understand building constructions plans and specifications; ability to navigate developed and undeveloped terrain, ability to analyze factors which tend to influence the value of property' and to exercise judgment in the determination of property' values. Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, business administration or a related field with major course work in real estate, economics or business supplemented by two years professional experience in real property' appraisals or real property’ assessments.
