Attendees will be able to observe native plants, birds and other creatures now living in the environment that is an on going project the Jones’ began about 12 years ago. Work on their land located on Long Mountain Road started with water to attract native wild life. Ponds were constructed. Wildlife took up residence. They watched with enjoyment while learning about the creatures and their needs. Native wild plants and grasses were experimented with and naturalized. With these plants came more birds and animals.
