Excellent execution
The WCDS dance team, consisting of Mary Davis, Joy Heddleston, Amber Larkins and Madeline Larkins, traveled with their coach Evelyn Oyster to Paramount King’s Dominion on Saturday, to compete in the amusement park’s Annual Dance Festival. This is the third year the team has participated with other schools and dance studios in the event. Previously the team had achieved the rank of “Good.” This year, the group performed to the tune “Let’s Get This Party Started,” showing great poise, grace and style and they were rewarded with a rating of “Excellent” and a team trophy.
