A free Health Fair was held on Saturday, March 19 at the Rappahannock High School. Sponsored by the Rappahannock Unit of tiie American Cancer Society, there were twentyseven organizations or individuals providing health services or information at the fair.
Nearly 100 people went to the various tables for screening tests or information.
Most came because of the article in the Rappahannock News or because a friend told them about the fair but others were told by their Diabetes Support Group or because of a flyer or postcard.
The most popular screening test was the cholesterol test performed by the Culpeper Regional Hospital staff.
