Both Kaine and Kilgore are making property tax relief a central campaign theme.
“They need to watch what’s happening demographically,” said Elaine Sorensen, president of Gieenspring’s Residents Council. “I know we’re a burgeoning part of the population. We need to prepare now for what the needs will be five or 10 years from now or it will be too late.”
