This Easter marks the fifth year that Amissville United Methodist Church has placed silhouettes along Rt. 211 in Amissville that illustrate the events leading up to the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
The idea came from “K” Adams, pastor of the church five years ago. Adams had used the idea at another church where she had been pastor, and thought the Rt. 211 corridor in Amissville would be a wonderful site to do reproduce them again.
