After performing rousing arrangements of “Jumpin’ Jack Clash” and “Brown Sugar,” Yonkey challenged parents and teachers to follow step with the marching students for their version of “Satisfaction.”
As the adults struggled to keep pace with the marching youth, Yonkey kept time, as he sang some of the lyrics, and watched the fast paced arrangement.
“It’s pretty cool ” said Josh Makela as he slung off his bass guitar following the show. “I think we are all enjoying it.” Makela will play some of the Stones’ famous bass rifts as he pulls behind the bass guitar amplifier around in a wagon as the band marches.
