Virginia, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made party to this complaint as PARTIES UNKNOWN

THE OBJECT of the above styled suit is to quiet title to the property owned by Plaintiffs Edith J. Summons Bridget and Wilbur Bridget, in which the above named Defendants may have an interest, which property is situated in Rappahannock County. Virginia and more particularly described as follows: All that certain tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in Hampton Magisterial District. Rappannock County. Virginia, containing 7 acres, more or less, being the same property conveyed to John R. Summons by deed from John K. Kendall and Lula M Kendall, his wife, dated April 28. 1930 and recorded in Deed Book 35 Page 536 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia: Less and except therefrom however, a certain tract or parcel of land containing one acre more or less conveyed to Ora L. Roy by deed from John R. Summons and Eva F. Summons, his wife dated June 17, 1955 and recorded in Deed Book 63 Page 265 in the aforesaid Circuit Court Clerk s office. And being the same property conveyed to Edith J. Summons Bridget and Wilbur Bridget by deed from John M. Summons. Howard Summons and Ruby Starks. Ora Summons Roy and Charles Roy. Gerald Summons, and Helen Summons, dated February 19. 1990 and recorded in Deed Book 182 Page 245 in the aforesaid Circuit Court Clerk s office. And it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiffs to ascertain in what county, city or state the Defendant, Gerald Summons resides, without effect: And it further appearing that the above named defendant John M Summons is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia and that his last known post office address is c o Smith Nursing Home. 2330 Penn Place Northeast. Canton, Ohio 44707: And it further appearing that the heirs at law of Howard Summons. Ruby Starks (Summons) and Gerald Summons, if he be dead, who now are or may be deceased, and whose names are unknown, are or maybe interested in the sub]ect of this matter, if any such heirs at law there be. It is therefore ORDERED that all such persons claiming an interest in the land above described appear on or before that 20th day of October, 2006. in the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court of Rap pahannock County, Virginia, Post Office Box 517. 238 Gay Street. Washington. Virginia 22747 and do what is necessary to protect their interest. It is further ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rapphannock. that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this Court is held: and that a copy of this Order be mailed to each Defendant at the address shown by the aforesaid Affidavit and which is listed above.
