and constantly being told what I didn’t want to hear. 1 had no interest in high school and loathed each day of the same mind numbing drivel that was spewed forth by teachers that I thought didn’t really care about me. I thought that school was just a place to hangout with friends and plan for the weekend party.
I wanted to run out of there as fast as I could and never look back, I wanted to be free. Looking back now, I realize that I could not have been more wrong. High school is important. It is the first real step in your life on the steep stairway to freedom, to a better place; and I stumbled.
