Talk about lofty goals.
Rappahannock County High School head cross country coach Dave Gillis has them.
“I’d like to send two teams, a guys’ and a girls’, to states this year,” he said. “Not individuals. Teams.”
One year ago, Rappahannock had nice representation at the Group A state cross country meets with Alex Ramey and Josh Makala. Ramey won All-State honors by finishing in 11th place.
