Bluegrass Festival
There will be a 4-H Chili Cook-Off Bluegrass Festival at Rappahannock County High School on Sunday, November 5th from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Performing will be Cliff Waldron and the New Shades of Grass, Shenandoah Travelers, Debbie Zinn and Natural Grass.
