Following an impressive inaugural conference, The Lady Panthers Varsity Volleyball team beat the Luray Bulldogs in three straight sets. “We’ve always been pretty strong in Volleyball,” said athletic director JD Almond. “The team is in good shape this year with all around impressive players.”
The team proved that it was fully competitive during a Millbrook Volleyball Tournament in Winchester, Virginia last Saturday, winning every round that they were placed in.
The first team they faced was Millbrook, winning three sets out of four. Set one went well, as the girls won 25-20. They lost the following set scoring 22 points while Millbrook registered 25. The Panthers made a strong comeback, however, winning the third and
