on December 15, 1917 a son of Richard Carey Barron and Mary Riley Barron.

In 2002, he was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Louise G. Barron. Also preceded in death by three brothers, Carlyle, Richard and Vernon Barron.

Mr. Barron is survived by three children, Barbara Ann Leibrandt of Falls Church, Jacqueline Marie Bowen of Amissville and James Woodville Barron of Amissville.

Additional survivors include three granddaughters, and a great grandson.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 14 at Amissville United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Herbert Fincham

Native of Washington

Herbert Fincham, 83, of Front Royal, died Friday, March 2, at Warren Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Fincham was born March 31, 1923 in Washington, VA son of the late James and Lillie Horton Fincham.

Surviving are his wife of 60 years Margaret V. Fincham of Front Royal; two daughters Margaret Ann Fox of Front Royal and Bettye J. Butler of Culpeper; one son Bobby Lee Fincham of Front Royal; one half-sister Helen Gray of Washington, VA; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by five brothers; one halfbrother; and one half-sister.
