I do know I’m a little ahead of the calendar on this one! I am not someone who enjoys winter. I grew up in Minnesota milking cows at 5 a.m. in January and that will put you right off winter for life. Give me heat and humidity any day of the week.
And so, even after a winter as mild as this one, Fm more than ready for spring. I’ve been searching for every hint of spring for the last several weeks! And it’s been a harder than usual winter here with the loss of Amber and then, more recently, the loss of our cat, Boone. So, this winter even more than most I’ll be happy to wave goodbye to ice and snow, death and destruction and everything that comes with it.
I guess you could say I’ve got spring fever. But after a little research on the phrase, I’m a little reluctant to use it to describe myself. The defini
