These are tennis terms and skills that will be taught free of charge to interested county students in grades 6 through 12, thanks to the 4-H program, former professional tennis player Hunt Harris, and a tennis enthusiast who happens to be a foreign exchange student from Kuwait.
Abdullah Alawadhi saw the need to spur interest in a sport that is not offered in our county public schools and, as a community service project, sought out 4-H to sponsor a local club. Through this club, they hope to plant the love of the game of tennis in the hearts of the participants.
