Mrs. Leonard Campbell returned home last Wednesday after spending ten days with her son-in-law and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Bailey. Suzanne, Kristen and Derek in Manassas. Mr. and Mrs. Steve LocJiheart of Front Royal vtere Wednesday luncheon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Campbell. Visiting in the Campbell home Monday were Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Campbell and Peggy Ann and Mrs. Nancy Williams, all of Chester Gap. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Campbell were Monday evening dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Campbell in Amissville.
Fred Butler of Boston visited Slant Weaver on Tuesday. John Weaver of Washington. D. C. spent the weekend with his father. Mr. Weaver was a Sunday overnight and Monday guest of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Peneranda in Culpeper. On Sunday evening Mr. Weaver and the Penerandas attended the Salem Church picnic. The Penerandas have moved to Culpeper, having sold their house in Fairfax.
Mrs. James S. Willis Jr. of West Point, N. Y. spent Wednesday here at her home. Mt. Prospect Farm and also visited her mother. Mrs. Arthur Miller. Mrs. Willis spent the weekend with her son, Jim Willis at Averett College at Danville.
