The Pullens were recent visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Brown and family and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Brown in Sperryville. The Flint Hill firemen will have a chicken barbecue at the fire hall on Saturday, October 9 from 4 to 7:30 p.m. The Home Extension Club met at the home of Mrs. Eileen White on Tuesday. September 21 with twelve members present. The demonstration on cake decorating was given by Miss Margaret Dodson.
Among those from the Hint Hill area who went on the shopping trip to Reading, Pa. last Wednesday were Mabel Lillard. Alice Pullen, Mary Brady, Catherine Marcy and Vickie Seal.

Mrs. Walter Krause and Kim of Front Royal, Mrs. Richie Dennison and Brenda Dennison of Fredericksburg were Sunday visitors of Mrs. Mary Blaisdell.
Mrs. Robert Nethers spent a few days last week with Mr. and Mrs. William Coppedage and other relatives at Etlan. She attended the Jenkins family reunion held last Sunday in Madison.
