For re-election to the Board to fill vacancies were Tyson Gilpin, Clarke, with term ending in 1983, and Phil Irwin Rappahannock, with term ending in 1984.
New Directors with terms ending in 1985 include: Mimi Abel Smith, Fauquier; Terry Bell, Loudoun; Gen. Andrew Boyle, Culpeper; Charles Burwell, Garke, and Charles Whitehouse, Fauquier. Gen. Robert Porter of Madison was a new member elected to fill a vacancy ending in 1984.
