High school dropouts can return to classes with other adults and earn a high school diploma without charge.
Classes to prepare students to pass the General Educational Development test for a diploma are being offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Piedmont Technical Education Center, starting at 6:45 p.m.
About 100 students go through the classes each year. Individuals are divided into four sections, depending on the level at which they are starting.
