freeze. On the other side of the coin. President Ronald Reagan in recent remarks questioned the loyalty and patriotism of Americans who advocate a nuclear arms freeze.
The freeze debate, however, will be off limits in Friday’s panel discussion. According to Lee Bird, president of the Izaak Walton League’s Rappahannock chapter, the program will be informational in nature and will not include such topics as arms reduction, the military budget or specific military or nuclear power projects.
