Notice is hereby given pursuant to Virginia Code Section 15 1-431 as amended, that the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors wilt hold public hearings on Monday, November 1, 1982 at 10:00 o’clock A M in the Courthouse at Washington, Virginia to consider the following matters
1 Ordinance establishing fee schedules pursuant to the State Building Code
2 Proposed abandonment of a section of Route 679 from the east intersection of Route 211 to the west intersection of Route 211 for a distance of 0 7 miles
Copies of the proposed ordinance and abandonment are on file with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County and persons affected by or interested in such ordinance and abandonment may examine same between the hours of 8 30 A M and 4:30 P M in the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia to express their views This notice is being published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in and having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia
