pahannock County, met Sursum Corda’s director, Camille Harris, in July and made the generous offer of assisting the school and day care center through her resources at Georgetown University Child Development Center. In August, Dr.
McGrab’s staff toured the school and offered to give up a weekend of their time to provide free training to Sursum Cordas staff.
During the (wo days at Sursum Corda, the Georgetown staff observed infant-toddler and preschool classes, held individual and group conferences with staff, and offered three workshops in topics of interest: infant stimulation, discipline for young children, and general curriculum planning.
