Ms. Dana, who was scheduled to take the stand Wednesday afternoon, said in court last May that she and LaBove had just gotted into bed when Gregory pushed the bedroom door open, pointed a gun at them, and said, “I’m going to kill you, bitch!” LaBove. she said.
