As one of seven witnesses testifying Tuesday afternoon, Marshall T. Campbell Jr., nicknamed “Peanut,” told the jury that on the evening of the murder he attended a birthday dinner at the Cafe Lee Rat in Middleburg and that Ms Dana and LaBove were among the guests. Mr. Campbell testified that he left the party early and went across the street to the Night Fox for a drink.
