has wide experience with tactical nuclear weapons systems and is an established writer on military strategy and weaponry. His assignments have included commander of nuclear armed missile and artillery units; director of strategic studies at the Army War College and technical intelligence staff officer coordinating employment of German scientists, including Werner Von Braun, after World War II.
The fourth panelist, Dr. Werner Krebser of Huntly, operates the Rappahannock Medical Center. A practicing physician for 23 years, he is a member of Physicians for Social Responsibility and the Union of Concerned Scientists.
Dr. Krebser has also had considerable experience in medical emergencies at the trauma center, Washington Hospital Center.
