The purpose of this year’s meeting is education of Association members, legislators and other interested persons in the concept of a “silver-haired" legislature. Other states have used the format of a “silverhired" legislature for sessions of senior citizens’ groups.

Moore, program manager for the aging section of the Georgia Department of Human Resources .
