A Front Royal resident, Connie Carter is coming to the high school to teach English. Carter, a graduate of Radford College, previously taught at Douglas Freeman High School in Richmond.
Coming from Harrisonburg is first year teacher L. Gregory Drescher. Drescher is a graduate of Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana. He teaches fifth grade.
