Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Atkins observed their 61st wedding anniversary on August 18. They were married August 18, 1922 in Hagerstown, Md. Mrs. Atkins was the former Nessel Clater, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Issac Clater of Sperryville.
Mr. and Mrs. A. Lee Swindler of Hanover, Pa. spent last week with Mrs. Lee Swindler and Mrs. Roy Swindler.
