Gentlemen A t Mall
The Country Gentlemen, one of America’s premiere bluegrass bands, will make a special appearance at Record Town in Apple Blossom Mall, Winchester, Wednesday, August 10 at 2 p.m. The Gentlemen will be available to sign autographs and talk with fans.
Their appearance is in conjunction with their upcoming performance at the Apple Harvest Music Festival, September 16 and 17, at Shenandoah College and Conservatory of Music in Winchester.
For a quarter of a century these superstars of "bluegrass have given America exciting performances and recordings of such favorites as “Bringing Mary Home,” “Rebel Soldier,” and “Fox on the Run.” Doc ^Watson, Norman and Nancy Blake, and Patent Rending also will be performing at the Festival.

Renewing Love Seminar
A Renewing Love Seminar will begin Wednesday, August 31, at Creations Christian Bookstore in Washington.
“More than just words, lectures and social awareness, the Renewing Love course has brought self-confidence and a sound self-image to thousands of women,” says organizer Becky Burke. “Women come to develop love-centered, God-centered problem solving relationships.”

Dog Fun Match
The Culpeper Kennel Club will sponsor an AllBreed and Obedience Fun Match at the Culpeper Agricultural Enterprise grounds in Culpeper on Sunday, August 28.
Entries of dogs will be accepted from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. with judging scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m.
