Stymied by lack of information, the Rappahannock planning commissioners tabled a request from Steven' Foster for an exception to the subdivision ordinance’s requirement that lots smaller than 25 acres be served by public streets.
Foster wants to subdivide six acres from the Gentry tract in Flint Hill. The lot has only a 50 foot rightof-way to a state road, far short of the 250 feet of road frontage called for by the ordinance. Even assuming that the property owner, W.A.
