Pursuant to/the provisions of a deed of trust executed by Foxfire Limited Partnership, a Maryland Limited Partnership, to Douglas K. Baumgardner and Charles D Barrel!, Trustees, said deed of trust being dated May 11, 1979 and recorded May 11, 1979 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 132, at Page 37, to secure the payment of certain debts therein described, default having been made in said deed of trust by virtue of a violation of the conditions imposed therein authorizing the holder of the notes to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, the undersigned, Douglas K. Inc. by Richard H.
