For the community at large, the Rappahannock unit will provide civic organizations, dubs, school and church groups with educational films. Titles include “Signals” (warning signs of cancer). “Let’s ('all It Quits” (dangers of smoking) and “The Cancer No One Talks About” (colorectal).
In addition, volunteers with the Cancer Society in Rappahannock and throughout the U. S. are continuing work on Cancer Prevention Study II. Nationwide, 1,1K0,8H() questioiinairs have been collected with .■{4,000 filled out by Virginia residents. To date, 3(H),000 questionnaires have been processed for data entry and by January, 19S4, the American Cancer Society hopes to be able to provide demographics and discriptivo statistics on the study subjects.
