Classrooms in the north wing of the elementary school have as many as 15 cans and buckets in each, spaced to catch dripping water. Portions of the ceiling tiles have been removed in at least three classrroms. Tiles in other rooms, in the hall and in the library are stained dark brown by the water mixed with insulation. Drips fall onto light fixtures and filing cabinets full of supplies and trickle down walls before pooling into puddles on the floor.
