Lewis Connor Corbin, 75, of Flint Hill, died Thursday, March 29,1964, at his residence.
Graveside services were conducted on Sunday at the Washington Masonic Cemetery by the Rev. Merlin W. Short).
Mr. Corbin was born September 6, 1908, in Rappahannock County, son of the late Thomas and Mary Lou Ashby Corbin. A retired carpenter, he was a member of the Flint Hill United Methodist Church and Carpenters Local 2033.
Surviving are his wife, Sophia M. Corbin; two daughters, Betty C. Foster of Flint Hill and Shirley M. Corbin of Front Royal; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are four brothers, Robert A. Corbin and H. Milton Corbin, both of Limeton, David P. Corbin of Richmond and Frank B. Corbin of Nokesville and three sisters, Betty E. Corbin of Washington, D. C., Louise Long of Arlington and Mattie Sheehan of Woodbridge.
Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal was in charge of the arrangements.
