Judge John Alexander revoked O’Grady’s Virginia operator’s license for six months and revoked the ASAP assignment as well.

John Joseph Schroeder testified that his alleged probation violation was partly due to a misunderstanding between himself and the community diversion program officers in Culpeper.
His difficulties were also due in part to his own drug dependence, Shroeder said. He broke down on the witness stand, saying, UI can’t help it I’m a marijuana user!”
Alexander remanded Schroeder to the sheriff and the Culpeper substance abuse counselor.
The case was continued for one more week so the mental health officers could screen Schroeder and report back to the court. “He is apparently in need of some help and that’s the best place to start,” said Alexander.

Bruce Eugene Gatewood, non-payment of costs, copias issued.
