through July 29. The camp provides an opportunity for young musicians to enrich their musical knowledge and grain performing experiences in many areas of musical interest.
Categories offered at the camp include: - —Band Divison for symphonic band, jazz ensemble, jazz combos and woodwind, brass and percussion ensembles.
—Orchestra Division for student orchestra and chamber string ensembles.
—Keyboard Division for piano or organ performance, seminars in literature and technique and harpsichord and piano ensembles.
—Show Choir Division featuring Broadway shows and pop styles and coaching in voice and dance.
—Concert Choir Division with performance and coaching in mixed ensemble and vocal techniques.
Dormitory accommodations will be shared with participants in Shenandoah’s Summer Music Theatre and Advanced Admission programs.
Boarding fees, which include tuition, two private lessons and room and board, are $260. Commuting fees include tuition and two private lessons for $200.
