consider the following Special Uaa Applications:

(1) SPECIAL USE APPLICATION NO 26: Peter H. Kramer has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 1-2-22 of the Town of Washington Ordinance, 1970 to operate a guest house for short term guests, maximum of five (5) units including manager's apartment on Gay Street extended. (Tax Map Reference No. 20A(1)-72).

(2) SPECIAL USE APPLICATION NO. 27: D. Patrick Foster and CamMe A. Harris have applied lor a special use permit in accordance wtth Section 1-2-22 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance. 1970 to operate a guest house or "tied and breakfast inn” to accomodate up to eight (8) guests on a short term basis as an accessory use to a ainale family dwelling on Main Street. (Tax Map Reference No 2QA(1)43).

(3) SPECIAL USE APPLICATION NO 28: Peter H. Kramer, contract owner, has applied tor a special use permit in accordance with Section 12-18 to operate an office building on the comer of Gay and Jett Streets. (Tax Map Reference No. 20A(1)06)

(4) SPECIAL USE APPLICATION NO. 29 Peter H. Kramer has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 1-2-22 to operate a lodging house to be rented on a short term basis (Tax Map reference No. 20A(1 )-38) on Main Street.

Copies of the foregoing appications are on file and available for public inspection at the Zoning Office, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The applicants and all other interested parties are invited to attend the public hearings and present their views or to direct their written comments to the Town Council, in care of the Zoning Office, P.O.
