Eight members of the board of the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community spent the past weekend in a think session of planning and setting objectives for a three year period.

Under the leadership of internationally-experienced management professional Stan Marshall, the RAAC Board spent a day and a half defining RAAC’s services, discussing policies for how the services will be delivered, setting measurable goals, looking at the organization’s strengths and weaknesses, defining RAAC’s present and future constituencies and setting objectives with strategies for reaching them.
