Sign up at the extension office to prepare a low-cal or low-salt delight to share on the 30th. Good nutrition and physical fitness will be discussed and recipes are available or participants can share a favorite low-cal recipe of their own. Natural Sugar Cookies (Makes 32-34) 1% c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder Vi tsp. salt V4 tsp. cinnamon y«c. orange juice Vi tsp. grated orange rind Vi c. minus 1 T. vegetable oil legg Vt c. chopped walnuts Vi c. raisins Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients; mix well. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 15-20 minutes.
