The Administrative Board of the United Methodist Board met on Monday night with Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Nethers. Present were Mrs. Lee Swindler, Mrs. Nina B. Brown, Mrs. Ranny Aylor, Mrs. Tom Klatko, Mrs. Jimmy Wayland, Hugh Chrisman, Rev. Merlin Shorb, Julian Brown, Mrs. Virginia Lewis, Mrs. Catherine Brown and Mrs. Roy Swindler.

Mr. and Mrs. James Swindler and Mr. and Mrs. Carson B. Johnson spent four days in Atlanta, Ga. attending the eighth annual Airborne Award Festival and also observed an airborne troop demonstration at Fort Benning. The award banquet was held at the Hotel Sheraton, where the guest speaker was John D. Marsh, an ex-paratrooper. Mr. Swindler was with the 508 and 101 divisions and Mr. Johnson with 17th airborne division.

Mr. and Mrs. Horace Jones of Richmond visited here on Sunday.
