Friday dinner guests of Mrs. Robert Nethers were Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Nethers of Sperryville and Clifton Nethers of Amissville. Visiting in the home of their mother and grandmother . on Sunday were Mrs. Helen Coffey, Mrs. Pauline Aylor, Heather Aylor, Karen Corder, Mrs. Dorothy Lewis and Charles Corder, Jr.

Mrs. Barbara Gentry and Mrs. Mary Curtis spent last week at a Postmasters Seminar at the DonaldsonBrown Center on the VPI campus at Blacksburg. Mrs. Gentry entertained Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wood at dinner and later visited in their home.

The Woman’s Society of Christian Service of the Flint Hill United Methodist Church met on Monday, April 22 at the home of Mrs. Evelyn Walker.

The Day of Prayer Service was observed and led by Mrs. Barbara Gentry. Others present were Mary Brady, Gaynelle Russell, Margaret Eastham, Flo Duvall, Russie Miller and Mabel Lillard.
