Joseph Theodore Fecteau Sr., 68, of Gainesville, died April 19 at Fairfax Hospital.

Mr. Fecteayta survived by three s&is, Joseph T. Fecteau Jr. of Wellington, New Zealand, James T. Fecteau of Fairfax, and John D. Fecteau of Gorham, Maine; two daughters, Mrs. Betty A. Doyle of Fairfax, and Mrs. Shirley M. Ralls of Linden, (formerly of Sperryville) two brothers, Raymond Fecteau of Portland, Maine, and Ovide (Mickey) Fecteau of South Windom, Maine, two sisters, Mrs. Louise Sanborn of South Windom, and Mrs. Blanche Lutenbuger of Lancaster, Pa., and 11 grandchildren.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Moser Funeral Home, Warrenton, where a Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday at St. John’s Catholic Church, Warrenton, by Father Stanley Slivonik. Burial will be at the Warrenton cemetery.
