Wakefield Students

On Monday, April 1, a group of Wakefield students, accompanied by Headmaster William E. Lynn, Mrs. Pamela Lynn and Mrs. Patricia Tucker, left BWI Airport en route to Europe.

An intermediate stop was made in Iceland before the group arrived in Luxembourg for a brief visit. The group toured a section of the lb-mile labyrinth of underground defense tunnels and browsed in the picturesque old town. They then boarded a bus for Strasbourg, France, the great cathedral city in the province of Alsace.

On Wednesday, the group toured Strasbourg and viewed the majestic Strasbourg Cathedral. During their free time, many students climbed the 365 steps to the top of the cathedral. In the afternoon, they went to the Cha
