Stuff and From Bauhaus to Our Home. The awards presentation will highlight the month-long celebration of the arts in Virginia.
There were four nominations from Rappahannock County to recognize outstanding contributions in the arts-Sally Nash, Joy Luke, Middle St. Gallery and RAAC. Over 1,000 nominations were made statewide. During the month of May, which has been officially designated by the Virginia legislature as the Arts Month, Rappahannock will host a number of arts events, including the traditional public high school musical “The Unsinkable Molly Brown”, an “evening of Modem 'Dance” and young people’s painting exhibit at the Gay St. Theatre and Faith Mountain’s Memorial Day Crafts Fair.
