This second annual festival of the visual and performing arts is sponsored by the Loudoun Committee for Arts in the Community in coordination with Loudoun County Parks and Recreation and will be held April 30 and May 1, 1988, at the Lucketts Community Center.
Last year’s festival was an exciting and inspiring exhibition of contemporary talent. ArtSpring ’88 hopes to repeat that success and to solidify its commitment to providing cultural experiences of quality which are accessible to everyone.
“There is an amazing wealth of talent in our area,” says Chairman Ann Miles, “and we hope to have a show that reflects both its diversity and its depth.”
