Inez Chapman

Inez Virginia Banks Chapman, 71, died Oct. 22 at the Washington Adventist Hospital, Takoma Park, Md.

Mrs. Chapman was bom in Amissville, one of four children of the late Rev. Luther B. and Mary E. Banks.

Most of her adult life was spent in New York, where she was employed at one of Manhattan’s major banks until her retirement in the mid-1970s. She returned to Amissville in 1986 before moving to Maryland earlier this year.
