Impossible Coconut Pie 1/2 stick butter, softened 4 eggs IV2 c. sugar 1/2 cup flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 7 oz. coconut (shredded or frozen)
