PUBLIC HEARING SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE PURSUANT to action by the Rappahannock County Planning Commission on October 7, 1987, and in accordance with Sections 15.1-431, 15.1-470, and other applicable Sections of the Code of Virginia, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 11, 1987, at 7:30 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider a comprehensive revision to the Subdivision Ordinance of Rappahannock County. All interested persons are invited to attend and make comment. The primary purpose of the comprehensive revision is to align the Subdivision Ordinance requirements with those of the previously adopted Zoning Ordinance. r J*1* ^ *exl °t the ordinance to be considered by the Planning Commission is available for inspection in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County and the Building, Zoning, and Adminfctration office, during normal business hours.
