., With good weather and the lottery referendum attracting voters to -the polls, Rappahannock County saw roughly two-thirds of its eligible voters cast a ballot, a total of 64.25 percent. It ranged from a high of 70 percent in Stonewall-Hawthorne to a low of 58 percent in Wakefield District’s two precincts: Chester Gap and Flint Hill.
